Each project included a question, hypothesis, data from the experiment, research, and a conclusion. Third place winners, with the project The Solar System, were Caitlyn Parker, Taylor Curtis, and Raekwon Knotts. Second place winners, with the project Acid Rain, were India Isaac, Tyquaydrick Welch, Ja’Quan Melton, and Shaiheim Hamilton. The first place winners were Da’Shawnana Baldwin, Iyanla Tillman, Tremel Hooks, Cortez Robinson, and Amado Burch. Their project, Long Lasting Soil, proved that plants prevent erosion better than ground cover or no cover.
