Chesterfield County Schools is proud to announce that Dr. Stephanie Bridges will be the new Principal of McBee High School starting in the 2026-2027 school year! 

Dr. Bridges joins us from Darlington County School District with over 25 years of diverse educational experience. From her early days as an Adjunct Professor at Miles College to her most recent leadership as Principal of J.L. Cain Elementary, her journey has been defined by excellence and a passion for student success.

Academic Excellence:

• Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership – Columbia International University

• M.A. in English – Tennessee State University

• B.A. – University of Alabama

Whether as a teacher, director, or principal, Dr. Bridges has proven herself to be an incredible leader. We are honored to have her expertise at the helm of McBee High.  I am confident that her experience and commitment to students will have a positive impact on our school community. Welcome Dr. Bridges!
