Welcome to our student registration portal! Whether you are registering a brand-new Pre-K student, enrolling an older child who is new to the district, or updating information for a returning student, you are in the right place.

Important Reminder for Parents: Before you fill out any forms, please review the Proofs of Residency requirements. Parents and guardians of new students should be prepared to upload a .pdf or .jpg file of the materials listed below. Parents who are unable to upload the documents should contact their home school. Reviewing this beforehand ensures you have all the necessary documents ready to upload, which will keep your registration process moving quickly and smoothly!
PROOFS OF RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS
When registering, parents/legal guardians must provide (2) DIFFERENT documents from the list below for Proof of Residency:
The documents must be different. In addition, a copy of your driver’s license with the correct address that matches the two proof of residency documents is required.
Acceptable documents include the following:- The most recent electric, gas, or water utility bill (dated within the last 60 days) showing the name and address of the parent/legal guardian. (Driver’s License or Photo ID also required). A cellphone bill is not acceptable.
- The most recent property tax notice showing the name and address of the parent/legal guardian. (Driver’s License or Photo ID also required).
- The most recent home closing statement showing the address and name of the parent/legal guardian. (Driver’s License or Photo ID also required).
- The most recent signed and dated lease agreement from a rental company, mobile home park, or similar agent showing the name and address of the parent or legal guardian. (Drivers License or Photo ID also required).
***The Drivers License or Photo ID must match the address in which you live at and the two documents that you provide from the above list.**
New students, including 4K and 5K students, who have NEVER enrolled with Chesterfield County School District, will begin the registration process by creating a new FinalForms account.
- CREATE ACCOUNT
- Enter parent name and email address.
- Go to your email and confirm your email address.
- Once email is confirmed follow link to complete all required paperwork to register your child.
*Additional documentation may be needed. If so the school that your child will attend will contact you. -

Welcome back! Registration for returning students is a simplified process designed to verify and update the information we already have on file.
To secure your student’s spot for the upcoming school year, please log into your FinalForms Parent Portal account to review and update your contact information, emergency contacts, and medical history, as well as sign the annual policy agreements.
